Raising a concern

SP Legal Solutions is committed to providing a high quality legal service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please raise your concern directly with our complaints director Sanjeev Punj in the first instance by calling 01952 257171 or writing to The Hangar, Hadley Park East, Telford, TF1 6QJ.

Our process

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to respond with our position to a complaint within 8 weeks.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you (if you are a client) have the right to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) at legalombudsman.org.uk or 0300 555 0333.

You may also raise concerns with the Solicitors Regulation Authority at sra.org.uk.
