 So, fast forward a few months and Goliath has fallen once again!

Our client tried for months to sensibly deal with this matter with the national company, all to no avail. Having received a detailed letter before action from us, the national company has decided to admit liability from the outset almost immediately (the difficult part!). Which means that we have been left to negotiate the compensation payable to our client in order to determine how much the fall will hurt Goliath.
